genuine problem we are always more than reasonable and do what we can to resolve
any issues. We pride ourselves in our great customer service. All
our products are sourced from the highest sources so it is very rare to get
issues with the quality of the oak dining tables and chairs that we offer.
All of our oak furniture is covered by a full 12 month guarantee against any
faults that are not caused as a result of normal day to day use.
The statement below is our 'official' returns policy.
Our returns policy is 'We offer a no quibble 7 day return service
which is subject to the item being returned to us at the buyers expense
and in perfect condition in the original packaging that is fit for
resale. Faulty items or items
that do not meet the
items description will be offered a replacement item
at our expense within 30 days of us being notified. We unconditionally reserve the right not to
refund if the goods are not returned to us in a suitable condition and in the original
packaging. Please allow
up to 30
days for us to process refunds' We may charge a 10% re stocking fee depending
on the condition of the packaging of the returned item. This
returns policy does not apply to
Clearance Sale Items which are sold as seen.
What do I do if there is a problem with my
If an item is delivered and you suspect that the item may have been damaged during delivery
that you mark the delivery note as such so that we have a claim against the carrier which helps to speed up a replacement item if needed.
Email Us within 24hrs of delivery with details of any issues
that you have so that we can respond to
your issue promptly, often within a few hours. In the unlikely
event of any damage to your furniture please email us photo's
and we will take care of the rest. We may struggle to process any
damage claims without digital photo's so please attach images of any
damage claims with an email detailing the problems. An email is much
more effective than a phone call as we can track your problem much more
effectively and work towards getting it resolved quicker as our phone
lines are often busy at peak times but our emails are monitored hourly.
Problems are a rarity but on the odd occasion that they happen we pride
ourselves in our professional and speedy response to getting them
